SSCA has utilized over 25 years of experience in the Community Care sector, gained through a variety of roles and responsibilities within different government-funded programs. We offer two types of services:

Care Finding
We offer an extensive analysis of services, flexibility, and fees consolidated in a single location, guaranteeing that consumers are skillfully paired and integrated with a provider that best suits their requirements.
SSCA assists customers throughout their journey, from applying for government funding to finding a suitable Home Care provider and eventually transitioning to an Aged Care Home when living at home becomes unfeasible.
Our Care Finding service collaborates closely with Connected Partners to facilitate the initiation of their onboarding process. This includes the completion of a portion of the assessment and the establishment of a preliminary budget. Our innovative approach to service aims to optimize the process, significantly reducing the time and resources required by the Care Advisor. This also serves to relieve customers of the burden of having to repeatedly narrate their stories.

Engagement and Onboarding
SSCA offers specialized expertise in Engaging and Onboarding potential new customers. This service provides numerous benefits, including enhancing operational efficiency for Connected Partners, workforce budget control, leveraging best practices, and offering tailored strategies to meet the unique workforce needs of organizations.
