Support Services Connect Australia meticulously selects Home Care Package providers with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services in both the not-for-profit and private sectors.  

 We carefully select only a few providers in each region to partner with, as we prioritize quality over quantity.  We continuously monitor their performance based on the following criteria:

Feedback from previous customers and our colleagues is taken into consideration

Audit reports on the providers are reviewed to ensure they meet the Aged Care Quality Standards

Reasonable Package and Care Management are offered with no hidden costs

Care managers are assigned manageable caseloads to ensure they are available and attentive to the customers’ needs

The Provider has a policy in place to gather feedback from customers and all aspects of case management for continuous improvement

The Provider shares our values and commitment

Our Connected Partners are not required to pay any joining, registration fee, or ongoing fees, and they are under no obligation to accept referrals.  However, the partner is required to pay a one-time referral fee when a potential customer referral leads to a signed Home Care Package Service Agreement.
