When your Home Care Package is assigned to you, you have 56 DAYS to find a provider and enter into a Home Care Agreement before you are placed back to the National Priority Wait List.
If you failed to find a Provider and enter into a Home Care Package Agreement, you will receive a letter from My Aged Care letting you know that your Package will be placed back to the National Priority Wait list. You can contact My Aged Care and apply for a 28-days extension.
